as keynotes and Newbery Honor author,

An important component of an organization’s
conference is the ability to provide opportunities
to view, meet with, and learn about a variety of
educational initiatives, products, and services.
The 2012 OELMA Conference has been planned around
the ‘School Libraries4theFuture’ theme which
includes two special Pre-Conference sessions: 1)
InfoGraphics as a Creative Assessment by Kathy
Schrock, and 2) Using 21st Century Tools and Ideas
to Make You Indispensable, by Winnie Milner.
Be a part of ‘School
Libraries4theFuture’ and help us demonstrate
innovative services for Ohio’s school libraries by
giving a presentation based upon your expertise and
enthusiasm. Your
participation is an instrumental factor in
redefining and promoting our profession. Through
effective advocacy, innovative learning, and
successful networking, the library profession and
our organization can continue to grow.
