Registering a group for conference? Instead of registering on our website, please complete this form with necessary information and one invoice will be sent for all group attendees.

Want to renew your OELMA Membership & register for Conference?
1. You need to first renew your membership under the oelma.org/membership page, then select the INVOICE ME option.
2. Then, you can register for conference as usual, choosing the "invoice me" option for that as well. You will have 2 invoices emailed to you that you can attach together to pay in one check and mail to OELMA. If they need to be on the same invoice, please email oelma.webmaster@gmail.com (with the PO# if you have one) and we will be able to create ONE invoice with that PO# and total for conference and membership and send that via email.
We cannot "bundle" the two for accounting reasons, we need to have membership dues and conference registration as two separate transactions in our system.

Lunch at conference is included. We will do our best to accommodate common allergies and dietary restrictions. If you have any specific questions or concerns please let us know by emailing OELMA.teach@gmail.com and labeling your email “dietary restrictions”. There is also a place on the registration form for you to note any dietary restrictions.
