Register Here! Registration is now open!
OELMA is pleased to offer the virtual book study A Sense of Place: School Libraries at the Heart of Learning, Connection, and Belonging by Hannah Bryd Little.
Classes will meet virtually Tuesday mornings between June 16th & July 7th. The book study will wrap up with a student project designed to be implemented into their school library. A final optional project round table will be held in early August for those wishing to share their project with their classmates.
The book study is available for general information, contact hours (both free) or one graduate credit through Ashland University for $185. Those wishing to attend for graduate credit must first register for the class through the OELMA website (see below) then through Ashland at: https://www2.ashland.edu/eashland/node/216821
All are welcome to join the class. The book will appeal to school librarians, school administrators and other educators. Sign up between now and June 15th at OELMA.org.
Students are responsible for obtaining a copy of the book which is published by Bloomsbury.
